§ 25-6. Permit required for building, repairing or removing structures in or on street.

It shall be unlawful for any person other than an authorized employee of the City to build, repair, move or remove any structure on, in or under any street right-of-way, paved or unpaved, or public easement in the City without first procuring a permit therefor from the POD.
