§ 3-11. Prohibited hours for establishments dealing in alcoholic beverages.
The prohibited hours for establishments dealing in alcoholic beverages shall be as follows:
(1)
Alcoholic beverages in sealed containers for consumption off the premises shall not be sold from 3:01 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. any day of the week except for businesses where the sale of such alcoholic beverages is incidental to the principal use of the premises (e.g. grocery stores, convenience stores, gas stations) then alcoholic beverages in sealed containers for consumption off the premises shall not be sold from 12:01 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. any day of the week.
(2)
Alcoholic beverages for consumption on the premises shall not be sold or served from 3:01 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. any day of the week.
