§ 3-12. Bottle clubs.

(a)

Establishments licensed as a bottle club:

(1)

Shall not sell any alcoholic beverages for consumption on or off the premises;

(2)

Shall not store any alcoholic beverages on the premises at any time nor allow any employee or customer to store any alcoholic beverages on the premises;

(3)

May charge admission; and

(4)

May sell drink set-ups, ice and food, if the premises are in compliance with all other permitting requirements

(b)

Bottle clubs must be a permitted use in the zoning district.
