The Arts Advisory Committee (AAC) is hereby created. The mission of the AAC is to
support and encourage the artistic, cultural, and ethnic activities within the City
that will meet the artistic and cultural needs of the community and its varied citizenry.
The AAC will work to promote these goals to benefit the citizens of the City, to ensure
that attention is given to fostering and stimulating new and emerging arts and cultural
expressions and to preserving the multicultural and multiethnic nature of art and
culture in the City.
