§ 7-161. Report and registration of incoming watercraft.

The owner or operator of all incoming vessels shall immediately, and in no event later than 24 hours after the arrival of the vessel in the City yacht basins, report the arrival of the vessel to the marina office, register the vessel with the port captain and arrange for berthing or anchorage facilities for the vessel. In making the registration, the owner or operator shall designate whether the vessel is for pleasure or commercial purposes.
