  • The fines on this schedule are established by Administrative Order of the Circuit Court of Pinellas County except where a fine is specifically identified in the City Code (these fines are identified on this schedule). Fines for any City Code violation not specifically identified on this list (except zoning violations) are a Class V violation, $93.00. Fines for zoning violations are a Class III violation, $143.00.
